The workflow guide the worker step by step trough the process. When the check is completed the documents are sored directly with the asset and can be accessed any time.

MoveSmart offers the possibility to store all relevant documents with your machine. In this way you can upload manuals and explanatory files, pictures or videos. Moreover, you can store all certificates and exam reports that belong to a machine. With one klick or with one QR-Code scan you have all your relevant documents at hand at all times.

In case a machine gets damaged or has a malfunction you can report the damage right away from the construction side. The damage report is an easy to fill out form in MoveSmart that will be sent to the responsible person with one klick. Even before the malicious machine comes back to the workshop, spare parts can be ordered and the repair can be prepared.

With the cost monitoring feature in MoveSmart you can easily monitor the costs of a machine. Add all repair, replacement and other costs to your machine. This overview helps to keep track of your machine costs and decide if a machine should be repaired again or rather be replaced.

With MoveSmart you can always locate all your connected machines and vehicles. Connected machines are equipped with a tracker, who send all important data and the location of the machines to the platform. In MoveSmart the location of your machine is displayed in a map.

In the work order view MoveSmart offers a overview of all current, pending and completed work orders. With this overview you can easily see which projects and work orders are currently in progress and what is coming up in the near future. Furthermore, all relevant people can be added to a work order as followers and can always see the current status of the project. In addition, the costs of the work order can be documented here as well.

Cars that are connected with a car tracker report their location and their trips to the MoveSmart platform. Hereby, you can always see where the vehicles are on the move and all relevant vehicle data like the average speed and the fuel consumption is recorded. In addition, the trip recording enables the creation of a digital logbook. The data can be used directly for the tax purposes.

The parts management in MoveSmart offer an overview of your small parts. With one klick you see all your small parts in stock and you can check whether there are enough quantities of all parts left. By setting a minimum and maximum stock level MoveSmart reminds you automatically if you are running low on quantities and you can plan you small parts optimally.
